Japanese In this golden autumn season, the LS VİZYONU family welcomed its annual team-building event. The two-day and one-night journey not only allowed us to fully relax after the busy work but also deeply experienced the company’s team spirit of “integrity, unity, win-win, and efficiency” amidst laughter and sweat, as well as our shared vision—to make the world a better place.
Day 1: A Journey to Foshan, A Blend of Ancient and Modern
On November 30th, we embarked on a trip to Foshan. In the morning, we briefly stopped by Lingnan Xintiandi in Foshan, where the blend of ancient and modern elements caught everyone’s eyes. The pedestrian street, with its stone-paved roads and arcades, complemented by modern cafes and fashionable shops, provided a glimpse of Lingnan culture. After a brief tour, we embarked on an even more exciting exploration journey.
In the afternoon, we moved to the CCTV Film and Television City in Nanhai, Foshan, which not only recreates the architectural styles of various historical periods but is also the filming location for many well-known movies and TV series.
The buildings within the film city are well-organized, including palaces and temples from the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as street scenes and shops from the Republic of China period. Each location is meticulously crafted, with details showcasing craftsmanship.
We wandered among the imitation ancient buildings, feeling like we had become characters in a drama and experiencing the fun of “time travel.” Here, we not only admired the exquisite ancient architecture but also felt the importance of teamwork through interactive experiences.
As night fell, we checked into Sanshui Lubao Hot Spring Hotel, an excellent place to relax both body and mind. The smooth hot spring water washed away all fatigue. Whether in groups or alone, everyone enjoyed themselves amidst the misty steam. The laughter and joy by the hot spring became one of the warmest scenes of this team-building event.
Day 2: A Trip to Dinghu Mountain, Praying at the Top
On the morning of December 1st, as the first rays of sunlight pierced through the curtains, we greeted a new day. After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we eagerly boarded the bus to Dinghu Mountain in Zhaoqing. Dinghu Mountain, a national nature reserve, is renowned for its fresh air and beautiful scenery.
Starting on the hiking trail, we divided into several groups, encouraging each other to climb together. Although the mountain path was steep, the scenery along the way was breathtaking. Waterfalls plunged down, streams murmured, and every step was filled with surprises and challenges. During the climb, we not only exercised our bodies but more importantly, the rapport and collaboration among team members were greatly enhanced. Supporting each other, we overcame one difficulty after another. This spirit of unity and win-win is a vivid portrayal of our LS VISION team spirit.
Finally, we reached the Praying Platform at the top of the mountain. Here, we held a solemn and sacred prayer ceremony. Each person held a colored ball, wrote down their wishes and blessings, and then solemnly threw them into the tripod. At that moment, the colored balls, carrying our dreams and hopes, slowly fell into the tripod, as if foretelling a brighter future for LS VISION.
After descending the mountain, a hearty meal at a farmhouse again rewarded our weary bodies. At the dining table, we toasted and shared the fun stories and insights from the hike. This simple and pure joy let us deeply understand the true meaning of win-win and efficiency.
Conclusion: United as One, Creating a Bright Future Together
As the sun set on the afternoon of December 1st, the LS VISION Company’s 2024 annual team-building event drew to a successful close. Looking back on these two days, from the time-travel experience at the CCTV Film and Television City in Nanhai, Foshan, to the hiking adventure on Dinghu Mountain, every step embodied the wisdom and strength of the team, and every moment shone with the brilliance of integrity, unity, win-win, and efficiency.
Reviewing this two-day and one-night journey, from the cultural exploration at Lingnan Xintiandi in Foshan, the historical time-travel at the CCTV Film and Television City in Nanhai, to the natural adventure on Dinghu Mountain in Zhaoqing, every step left footprints of LS VISION people’s unity, progress, and courage to explore. We not only gained happiness and growth amidst laughter and sweat but also deeply felt the team spirit of integrity, unity, win-win, and efficiency through teamwork.
Looking ahead, we will continue to uphold this team spirit, with even more enthusiasm and firmer conviction, and jointly write the brilliant chapter of LS VISION. Making the world a better place is not only our vision but also the shared mission and responsibility of every LS VISION member. Let us move forward hand in hand and create a better future together!
